Features
HIGH SPEED, ADJUSTABLE ROW UNIT
- Individual depth control setting with 18 inches of vertical travel on the row unit.
- 15 inch residue cutting coulter slices through residue ahead of the primary sweep.
- Two 16 inch extra flotation gauge wheels maintain precise depth control.
- Two 8 inch wide side sweeps with adjustable width between 20 inches and 26 inches, with depth adjustment as well.
- Innovative high speed 18 inch sweep with 3 pitch settings and spring trip obstacle protection. Set the sweep for minimum or maximum soil disturbance for your desired finish. The hardened sweep is designed to last for many passes to reduce wear part costs.
- Hilling board that easily engages/disengages with easy storage setting.
ADJUSTABLE FINGE WEEDERS
Finger weeders effectively manage weeds within crop rows without damaging plants, promoting healthy.
The finger weeders have three down pressure settings, as well as the ability to set as engaged, disengaged and stored.
PRECISION GUIDANCE WITH 20 IN. OF SIDE SHIFT
The camera based guidance sees crop rows to adjust the side sift up to 20 inches. The camera system uses algorithms trained by machine learning software to accurately identify crop rows.
Optional wand guidance feels the stalks in the row for late season cultivation when distinct rows are no longer visible to the camera guidance system.
The cultivator’s 20 inches of side shift travel is integrated into the main frame controlled by the guidance systems. No additional system are required, like some other row crop systems.
The guidance system can be turned on and off with a foot pedal. The in-cab terminal is also able to nudge the tool bar left or right based on pre-set increments.
HYDRAULIC DUALZONE DOWN PRESSURE CONTROL
The precision cultivator is capable of ISOBUS section control to automatically lift row units, from the outside rows to the inside of the machine, when coming to headlands, point rows, or when crossing already worked ground.
The row units have two manually configurable down force zones. Extra pressure can be applied to the row units behind tire tracks. The amount of down force can be adjusted from the dedicated in-cab terminal.
IN-CAB TERMINAL FOR FINE TUNING PRECISION SETTINGS
This machine comes with a simple to use in-cab display that gives operators control for precision functions, including side shift and down pressure in each zone.
