Baler Automation – Select

• Compatible only with John Deere tractors equipped with ISOBUS and having Tractor Implement Automation (TIA) activation.
• The tractor must be equipped with Electronic Selective Control Valves (E-SCVs) and an Infinitely Variable Transmission (IVT) to operate all sub-modes:
• E-SCV: Gate cycle management
• IVT: Stop the tractor when the bale size is reached / enable tractor stop when pickup is plugged
• PTO disengagement

• Requires discharge ramp on baler (see option code 4020).
• Three Baler Automation sub-modes symbol with status on the main page (Red: Disabled / Green: Enabled / Blue: Active):
  • Gate Automation
  • Tractor Speed Automation
  • Unplug Assist Automation
• Automation widget included.
• Only on manual action, once gate is close and icon “Ready-to-Bale” appear on the display the operation will start again when the Command Pro joystick or reverser is cycled.
• No additional hydraulic SCV or Power Beyond system is needed.
• Manual bale unload function.
• Automation automatically disengages with a single touch on the SCV or brakes during operations.
• Each automation sub-modes can be disengaged if not required.

Moisture Indicator

• Moisture indicator inside the bale chamber (right-hand side).
• Moisture values are displayed on two widgets:
• Instant value
• Last average moisture
• Crop type selection on moisture settings page for accurate measurements.

• Function can be deactivated from the display.
• Moisture data is documented on the display or via the Operations Center.
• Yield map layer not available in the John Deere Operations Center (see option code 2102 for wrapper baler).
