AFTERHOURS SERVICE & SOLUTIONS

Service After-Hours Support:

LandPro Equipment offers after-hours Service support in the event you need emergency service or repairs. This service is offered at our Agriculture locations and is staffed by your local location’s Service Manager and Service Technicians.

If you need afterhours emergency service, please call your local Ag location phone number, and follow the phone prompts to reach the Afterhours Service extension.

Our Service staff will collect the necessary information, and work with you to determine the need for dispatch or remote support. We offer remote support via phone call with a technician or an on-site visit in your field or on your farm.

Service customers will be billed $215 per hour from the time the technician is dispatched until the time they return. Phone consultations with Technicians will be charged accordingly based on the length of the call.

Weekday Afterhours:
Phones will ring directly to our Service team from 5:00PM – 10:00 PM and begin again at 7:00 AM the following morning. Between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM alert messages will be sent to on-call service managers and technicians.

Weekend and Holiday Afterhours:
Phones will ring directly to our on-call Service Team between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM on weekends and holidays. Between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM alert messages will be sent to on-call service managers and technicians.

Parts After-Hours Support:

LandPro Equipment offers after-hours Parts support in the event you need emergency parts. This service is offered at our Agriculture locations and is staffed by your local store’s Parts Pros.

There is a $60 after-hours fee for this service.

Phones will ring directly to a Parts Pro between 7:30 AM and 7:00 PM on weekends and holidays. A voice message can be left outside of these times. On call times and days vary between locations.
