Excellent Tedding Quality

The small-diameter rotors provide gentle forage tedding while avoiding incorporation of soil into the forage. The drying rate is maximized while wet clumps are minimized as a result of the uniform distribution.

Low-Maintenance Rotor Housing

The rotor housings are lubed-for-life with limited grease points. They are built to last:

1. Supported by large-diameter double-row angular ball bearings
2. Thoroughly sealed rotor housing prevents lubricant leakage or introduction of contaminants
3. Robust mounting of the housings to the frame maximizes strength and rigidity

DigiDrive® Couplers

The DigiDrive contains forged steel fingers, case-hardened for improved wear resistance. Synchronization of rotational movement is outstanding both in work and in transport where the components are folded 180° to reduce the machine’s space requirement. The DigiDrive is a highly reliable system which requires very little maintenance - daily greasing is not necessary.

Unique Suspension System

The unique, patented suspension system combines the advantages of powerful springs with hydraulic suspension. The hydraulic suspension allows the machine to automatically return to its center position when lifted as a result of the two large shock absorbers. The integrated springs enhance the machine’s flexibility at the same time, always keeping it in the best working position.

Hydraulic Folding

The outer rotors are folded and unfolded hydraulically from the tractor cab. The machine folds vertically for safe and compact transport.
