The field-installed side exhaust solution provides a low, horizontal exhaust position for producers operating in applications where a low exhaust point is required, such as orchards and poultry. This kit is available on the 4-cylinder 5E FT4 compliant standard tractors (5085E and 5100E) and is compatible with cab and open operator station tractors.

Overview

Front weight supports allow for 10-20 suitcase weights to be added to the front of the tractor for proper ballasting.

Front weights provide additional ballast for the front axle

Cast Quik-Tatch suitcase weights (R127764) can be added to provide additional ballast for implements that exert heavy draft loads and require additional ballast or with hitch-mounted implements that require additional ballast to maintain steering control while transporting.

 

These weights are Quik-Tatch weights that require minimal effort to attach.

Pickup weights

Pickup weights are designed to add fast weight to the tractor. The following pickup weights can be mounted at the front.

 

Support (base weight):

• 900-kg (1948-lb) pickup weight
• 1150-kg (2535.3-lb) pickup weight

All pickup hitches can also be mounted at the rear in the 3-point hitch as a counter weight. To use the third mounting point, an additional center-link bracket is available.

 

1500-kg (3307-lb) and 1800-kg (3968.3-lb) pickup weights

 

The two weights differ only internally, therefore no external differences are visible.

 

The pickup weights can either be installed on the rear hitch or on the front hitch of the tractor using the center-link bracket. They cannot be mounted directly on the front base weight. A front hitch is required. The center-link bracket for installation is included.

The shape of the 1500-kg (3307-lb) and 1800-kg (3968.3-lb) pick-up weights allows for quick and safe mounting. This is ensured by an optimal alignment of the weight and the tractor along with a self-centering design.

Due to the user-friendliness, an optimal ballasting of the tractor is guaranteed at any time.

 

The performance of the tractor is used to a greater extent, which leads to higher productivity and a reduction in fuel consumption.

NOTE: Ballast should be limited by the lowest of either tire capacity or tractor capacity. The carrying capacity of each tire should not be exceeded. For more ballasting information refer to the Operator's Manual and ballast calculator.

Overview

From mowing to baling to feed mixing and snow throwing, operators can operate an implement requiring 1000 rear PTO rpm or easily switch to 540 rpm to get the job done. Switching between 540 and 1000 rpm requires only removing a snap ring, flipping around the reversible shaft, replacing the snap ring, and shifting to the correct PTO speed. The dry cavity design makes this a less-mess, no-stress process without any oil spillage. The 5E 4-cylinder PTO rpm kits convert the factory two speed (540/540E rpm) to a two speed (540/1000 rpm), while the 5M kits upgrade the two speed (540/540E rpm) to a three speed (540/540E/1000 rpm), enabling more versatility.

Reversible stub shaft (6 and 21 splines)

To switch between 540 and 1000 speeds, simply remove the snap ring, flip the PTO shaft, and reinstall the snap ring. The tractor PTO operates at 540-rpm speed when the six-spline end of the shaft is visible, and at 1000-rpm speed when the 21-spline end of the shaft is visible.

Fenders and fender extensions protect the operator, tractor and implements from dirt and debris caused from the tractor’s tires.

Stationary fenders are fixed to the loader mounting frames and therefore do not pivot when the tractor tires turn.

Stationary fenders offer several key advantages over traditional fenders:

• The turning radius of the tractor is not reduced when a loader is installed
• Fenders can be used with the tallest tires with a loader at any tread setting
• Less fender damage occurs because the fender never becomes the widest part of the tractor when turning next to fences or walls
• The fenders can be easily removed to make servicing the tractor easier
• The height of the fender can be adjusted based on the height of the tire
• Mud coverage is not compromised

• The 150-kg (330-lb) cast rear wheel weight (SU57513) provides the proper amount of rear axle ballast for a variety of applications.

• The addition of ballast will increase traction on the rear axle of the tractor.

Overview

The PowrReverser modulation control kit allows the operator to change the transition speed of the transmission with a simple dial located near the steering column. The knob adjusts the sensitivity of the transmission for the forward to reverse transition to allow for quicker (more aggressive) transition or slower (smoother) transition.
