Materials buckets are available to match tractor and loader applications.

 

They may be used for loading dirt, gravel, feed, and light materials as well as scraping, digging, and other general-purpose tasks.

IMPORTANT: Materials buckets are not recommended for heavy-duty tasks. For heavier use applications, use a heavy-duty bucket.

Overview

 

The Quik-Change attachment carrier allows one person to quickly change attachments without the use of tools. Simply roll the attachment back with the boom slightly off the ground, remove the retaining pins, and then roll the attachment forward and lower to the ground. To connect to another attachment simply align the attachment carrier with the hooks of the attachment, raise the boom for the carrier to engage the hooks of the attachment and rollback the attachment carrier. Then install the retaining pins and the carrier is ready to work.

This provides a very effective means of changing attachments without having to purchase an option to facilitate changing attachments

 

The skid steer attachment carrier is installed in place of the standard John Deere attachment carrier and allows for the use of skid steer attachments on the 320R, H165, 440R, and H180 Loaders.

The replaceable bucket cutting edge is recommended for heavier use applications, such as commercial operations and rental customers.

 

Additional strength is added to the cutting edge, and the replaceable cutting edge is reversible for longer wear life.

 

It is not compatible with tooth bars.

 

NOTE:  Heavy-duty buckets come standard with the holes to install the replaceable cutting edge. Standard materials buckets require installation of attaching holes.

These field-installed attachments include: an electro-hydraulic SCV, control handle, mid-mounted couplers, hydraulic hoses, and loader hydraulic lines. These attachments are compatible with both the non-self-leveling and newer mechanical self-leveling loaders.

 

 

 

When a 220R Loader is installed on a 2032R or 2038R Tractor, a hydraulic line interference prevents installation of a third-function with a single-point hydraulic connector.
