2 Family Tractors

Quik-Park™ loader mounting system

The 220R Loader is designed for easy removal/mounting to/from the tractor without tools.

The parking stand is attached to the mast and lowers into position by moving the joystick to the raise position once the latches are opened to allow the loader to move to the park position.

Quik-change attachment carrier

The quik-change attachment carrier allows one person to quickly change attachments without the use of tools. Simply roll the attachment back with the boom slightly off the ground, remove the retaining pins, and then roll the attachment forward and lower to the ground. To connect to another attachment simply align the attachment carrier with the hooks of the attachment, raise the boom for the carrier to engage the hooks of the attachment and rollback the attachment carrier. Then install the retaining pins and the carrier is ready to work.

End-of-pin lubrication on cylinder and pivot pins allows easy access for servicing grease points

The unique offset head design eliminates cross-pins and cotter pins to retain the pin.
A nut ensures the pins remain in position.
A lubrication groove provides a path for lubrication.
End-of-pin lubrication allows easy access for servicing grease points, which are visible from the side of the loader.

Bucket-level indicator

The bucket-level indicator assists the operator to determine the attachment position at ground level.

It is adjustable to indicate level position for different attachments such as pallet forks and buckets.

The indicator is adjusted to have the bend of the rod rest in the bracket when the attachment is level at ground.

Loader boom

Contoured boom upper section and rectangular tube lower section combine for maximum durability and improved operator visibility.

  • Torque tube connection on boom arms provides strength and rigidity
  • Hydraulic lines and hoses are mounted on the inside of the boom for protection from possible damage
  • Oil lines across the torque tube are protected by a guard on the 220R Loader
  • Increased material on the loader boom and knee plates are designed for extra life of the loader, and demonstrate durability

Loader cylinders

Boom and bucket cylinders are designed to match tractor hydraulics, resulting in productive cycle times.
With increased lift capacity and lift height, the 220R Loader cylinders are designed to withstand the life of both tractor and loader.
The cylinder rod features a nitride (black) rod that provides improved corrosion resistance versus a standard chromed cylinder rod.

Loader latch opens easily

The latch opens easily by lifting up on the latch (one each side) and closes when the loader is reattached automatically.

Loader mast

The loader mast is made from cast iron, which enables the unique shape.

The metal is placed in the areas where it is needed to provide strength and durability.

The mast latches to the mounting frame on the 220R Loader, and the latch can be opened when down pressure is applied to the loader to allow the mast to rotate forward and be removed during the parking or detaching process.

Hood guard for 2032R, 2038R (and EU 2036R) model year 2017 and newer

When ordering a 220R Loader for model year 2017 (and newer) 2R Tractors, and selecting factory-install option, the hood guard is included.

When ordering the 220R Loader field installed for model year 2017 (and future), the hood guard will be part of the palletized loader package.

Hood guard for older (model year 2016 and prior) tractors, hood guards will need to be ordered through Parts as they will not ship from factory (on pallet).

Hood guard for 2025R and non-current 2320 Tractors

A hood guard can be ordered for a tractor without ordering a loader.

The hood guard protects front of tractor while operating the loader.

The bolt-on design stays with tractor when loader is removed.

This hood guard can be tilted forward to open the hood for service (on some models as needed)

Hood guard for model year 2016 and earlier 2032R and non-current 2520 and 2720 Tractors

A hood guard can be ordered for a tractor without ordering a loader.

The hood guard protects the front of the tractor while operating the loader.

The bolt-on design stays with tractor when loader is removed

The hood guard can be tilted forward to open the hood for service (on some models as needed).

1250-mm (49-in.) materials bucket

Materials buckets are available to match tractor-loader applications. The buckets may be used for loading dirt, gravel, feed, and light materials as well as scraping, digging, and other general-purpose tasks. The top surface of the bucket is parallel to the cutting edge, which aids the operator as a leveling guide.

61-in. (1550-mm) materials bucket

Materials buckets are available to match tractor-loader applications. The buckets may be used for loading dirt, gravel, feed, and light materials as well as scraping, digging, and other general-purpose tasks.

1450- mm (57-in.) materials bucket

Now part of the bucket lineup for the 220R is the 1450-mm (57-in.) standard-duty bucket.

1450-mm (57in) heavy-duty bucket with loops

Now part of the bucket lineup for the 220R Loader is the 1450-mm (57-in.) heavy-duty bucket with loops.

For those conditions where a heavier, more durable bucket is needed, this bucket fits the demand.

Constructed with more material for additional strength to handle the toughest task and includes two loops on the top plate.
