End-of-pin lubrication on cylinder and pivot pins allows easy access for servicing grease points

The unique offset head design eliminates cross-pins and cotter pins to retain the pin.

A nut ensures the pins remain in position.

A lubrication groove provides a path for lubrication.

End-of-pin lubrication allows easy access for servicing grease points, which are visible from the side of the loader.

Easily remove and mount loader to and from the tractor without tools

The Quik-Park mounting system on the H120 Loader is designed for easy removal and mounting to and from the tractor without tools.

Similar to that of the H130 and former 200CX Loaders, the H120’s parking stand is attached to the mast. To lower it into the park position, simply move the joystick to the raise position once the latches are opened.

Hydraulic hose and fittings

The compact loaders use the same two-wire braid, high-pressure hydraulic hose found on larger loaders. This provides added reliability and longer life.

The fittings used to connect the hoses to the hydraulic cylinders and hydraulic lines utilize O-ring face seal fittings to virtually eliminate oil leaks. No other competitors provide this quality of fitting and, as a result, competitors have many more oil leak issues than John Deere compact loaders.

Loader hydraulic features

Loader boom and bucket functions operate through the tractor hydraulic dual mid-selective control valve (SCV) controlled by the joystick.

Hydraulic hoses connect the loader to the tractor dual mid-SCV and utilize quick-couplers for fast, easy coupling and uncoupling of the loader to the tractor hydraulic system

The loader control (joystick) is integrated into the operator platform for easy ergonomic operation by the operator from the tractor seat. This also allows simultaneous boom and bucket functions to provide superior performance while moving material from a pile.

Loader cylinders designed to match tractor hydraulics

Boom and bucket cylinders are designed to match tractor hydraulics, resulting in productive cycle times.

The cylinder rod features a nitride (black) rod that provides improved corrosion resistance versus a standard-chromed cylinder rod.

Loader boom maximizes operator visibility while providing strength

The H120 Loader boom maximizes operator visibility while providing the strength to withstand years of rugged use. The straight boom maintains a compact package for better maneuverability. The hydraulic cylinders are sized properly to fully utilize the tractor hydraulic capability to provide the lifting capacities for many tasks.

  • Torque tube connection on boom arms provides strength and rigidity.
  • Hydraulic lines and hoses are mounted on the inside of the boom for protection from possible damage.
  • Oil lines across the torque tube are protected by a guard on the H120 Loader.
  • The connection to the front weight bracket of the tractor has been eliminated, providing better visibility forward to the bucket.

Loader latch opens easily

The latch opens easily by lifting up on the latch and closes automatically when the loader is extended during loader removal. The loader should be re-attached with the latches in the closed position.

Cast-iron loader mast provides strength and durability

The loader mast is made from nodular cast iron, which enables the unique shape.

The unique shape enables metal to be placed in the areas where it is needed to provide strength and durability.

The mast latches to the mounting frame on the H120 Loader, and the latch can be opened when down pressure is applied to the loader to allow the mast to rotate forward and be removed during the parking or detaching process.

Oil lines cover adds extra protection when loading and unloading materials

A cover for the oil lines is provided to add extra protection when loading and unloading materials.

Bucket-level indicator

The bucket-level indicator assists the operator to determine the attachment position at ground level.

It is adjustable to indicate level position for different attachments such as pallet forks and buckets.

The indicator is adjusted to have the bend of the rod rest in the bracket when the attachment is level at ground.

The bucket level indicator is the same for the D120 and H120 Loaders as well as the H130 Loaders; however, it is a field-installed option for the D120 Loader, and it is in base machine for the H120 Loader and the H130 Loader.

Basic hood guard

The hood guard protects the front of the tractor while operating the loader.
The bolt-on design stays with the tractor when the loader is removed.
The hood guard is fixed and provides full tractor access for regular service.
Standard on D120 Loaders, the hood guard can be ordered for a tractor without ordering a loader.

Deluxe hood guard

The deluxe hood guard protects the front of the tractor while wrapping around the hood for extra added protection. The bolt-on design stays with the tractor when the loader is removed.

The hood guard is fixed and provides full tractor access for regular service.

Standard on H120 Loaders, the hood guard can be ordered for a tractor without ordering a loader.

The deluxe hood guard is the same for both the D120 and H120 Loaders; however, it is only available as field-installed option for the D120 Loaders.

1250-mm (49-in.) materials bucket

Materials buckets are available to match tractor-loader applications. The buckets may be used for loading dirt, gravel, feed, and light materials as well as scraping, digging, and other general-purpose tasks. The top surface of the bucket is parallel to the cutting edge, which aids the operator as a leveling guide.

There is a quik-change connection for easy on/off.

The round-back design helps material flow when filling or dumping the bucket.

1350-mm (53-in.) materials bucket

Materials buckets are available to match tractor-loader applications. The buckets may be used for loading dirt, gravel, feed, and light materials as well as scraping, digging, and other general-purpose tasks. The top surface of the bucket is parallel to the cutting edge, which aids the operator as a leveling guide.

There is a quik-change connection for easy on/off.

61-in. (1550-mm) materials bucket

Materials buckets are available to match tractor-loader applications. The buckets may be used for loading dirt, gravel, feed, and light materials as well as scraping, digging, and other general-purpose tasks.

1250-mm (49-in.) pin-on materials bucket

Pin-on materials buckets are intended to stay with the loader at all times; however, they can be removed with simple tools.
The buckets may be used for loading dirt, gravel, feed, and light materials as well as scraping, digging, and other general-purpose tasks.
The top surface of the bucket is parallel to the cutting edge, which aids the operator as a leveling guide.

Mounting frame for D120 Loaders

Mounting frames are designed at the same time as the tractor in order to provide durable yet very simple attaching points for the loader. The mounting frames bolt to the tractor chassis and do not restrict tractor use when the loader is not installed.
